This is a courtesy listing for a cat not in BCRO: I have a homeless adult female cat, dark tiger strip with golden highlights and green eyes, who has found me. In the last couple of months she has been living in my basement and I have been feeding her. I can not keep her as I already have 5 cats of my own and they do not get along with this one. Also my husband says no more cats in the household. I have not found a suitable place for her myself. She has been tested negative for leuk/aids, is about 3 to 5 years old, and has a 3 in scar on her stomach which the vet assumes to be a spay scar. She has not been in heat in the time she has been here. She does have a small tear in her left ear tip. She is well behaved and very communicative and playful. And she enjoys all the attention she can get especially tummy rubs. Within 20 minutes of meeting my grandchildren, ages 3 and 6, she went up to them and introduced herself. (My own cats do not like my grandchildren.) She also introduced herself to my husband who is not a cat person and she was comfortable with him. She has not bitten or scratched.
